Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to the Indigo Car Care Club Subscription Plan. By subscribing, you agree to abide by these terms.

AFFILIATE MARKETING

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the program. By accepting, you agree to abide by these terms.

Eligibility Criteria
  • To be eligible for the Indigo Car Care Club Subscription Plan, you must be a car owner or a representative of a car wash, auto garage, or fleet business in Kenya.
  • Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Gift vouchers are also available.
  • Cars registered on the plan must match the information provided at registration.
  • Subscriptions are not transferable and only one car per subscription can be registered.
Subscription Plans
  • Subscription packages include Fresh Start, Premium Gloss, and Extreme Gloss. Each package is priced according to its features and inclusions.
  • Subscribers may choose their desired package at the time of sign-up.

Payment
  • Payments can be made through the designated payment channels as specified during the sign-up process.
  • The Indigo Car Care Club Subscription Plan operates on a monthly billing cycle. Subscription payments will be charged at the beginning of each month.
  •  
Refund Policy
  • Subscribers may request a refund within 48 hours of their initial subscription if they subscribed in error or experienced technical issues.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@theindigobiz.com and include the subscriber’s name, email, and reason for the refund request.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the subscriber will receive the amount paid minus any transaction fees or charges.

Cancellations
  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to info@theindigobiz.com or through the user account on the website.
  • Cancellation requests will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  •  
Partial Refunds
  • In the event of a subscription cancellation, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining unused days of the current billing cycle.
  • The refund amount will be calculated as follows: (Total subscription fee for the month) – (daily rate * number of unused days).
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the subscriber will receive the amount minus any transaction fees or charges.

Changes and Updates
  • Indigo Distribution Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email and through the website. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to review the updated terms.

Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of Kenya.

Enrollment
  • Affiliates must apply for the Indigo Affiliate Marketing Program through the designated application process on the Indigo website.
  • Indigo reserves the right to reject any affiliate application for any reason.
Eligibility
  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
  • Affiliates are required to have a valid and active Indigo account.
  • Influencer Affiliates must have a minimum of 10,000 followers for their chosen social media platform.
Payouts
  • Payouts will be processed 30 days after the confirmation of generated subscription sales.
  • Payments will only be made for confirmed sales with no issues, such as customer refunds or other disputes.
  • Indigo reserves the right to withhold payouts in case of suspected fraudulent activities or violations of these terms.
Representation
  • Affiliates must at all times represent the Indigo brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm or damage the reputation of Indigo.
Customer Queries
  • Affiliates are responsible for handling customer queries related to their referred sales.
  • All queries that cannot be resolved by affiliates should be directed to the Indigo website FAQ’s or by contacting Indigo’s customer support at +254112657174.
Compliance
  • Affiliates must comply with all Indigo policies and guidelines to participate in the program.
  • Indigo’s policies prohibit the sale or promotion of competitor products or services by affiliates.
Termination
  • Indigo reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason.
  • Termination may occur if affiliates violate these terms or engage in any activities that may harm the Indigo brand.

Modifications
  • Indigo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  •  
Indemnification
  • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Indigo harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the affiliate program.
  •  
Governing Law
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
