Payment Policy

We strive to provide top-notch service to ensure the optimal performance and appearance of your vehicles. To facilitate smooth transactions and maintain transparency, we have outlined our payment policy as follows:

Payment Terms

Payment in full for each vehicle service is due at the time of booking the service.

For any detailing services involving 10 cars or more per month, a 50% deposit is required before the commencement of services with a contractual obligation.

The remaining 50% of the payment is due within 30 days from the completion of the detailing services.

Booking Procedure

To schedule a service for your vehicles, please contact our designated booking department or via our website at https://theindigobiz.com/. As far as possible, we will strive to accommodate same-day bookings, but we generally require that bookings be made a minimum of 24 hrs in advance.

Upon confirmation of the service booking, you will receive an invoice detailing the total cost and payment terms.

Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, corporate checks, and mobile money transfers (Mpesa).

Please ensure that payments are made in the currency specified on the invoice.

Late Payments

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in late fees and suspension of future services.

Accounts with overdue payments may be subject to additional charges and collection procedures.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a 25% cancellation fee.

For detailing services involving 10 cars or more, cancellations made after the commencement of services may forfeit the initial deposit.
